These terms apply to everything sold through this store. By placing an order you agree to them.
Who you are buying from. Global Symphony for a United World is a non-profit society, incorporated federally and registered in British Columbia. Our address is 4227 Slocan River Road, Winlaw, British Columbia, V0G 2J0, Canada. You can reach a person at .
We are a non-profit society and not a registered charity. We cannot issue tax receipts for purchases or for gifts, and we say so before you give rather than after.
Prices and payment. All prices are in Canadian dollars. Payment is taken at checkout by Shopify's payment processing. We never see or hold your full card number. Prices may change, but the price you are shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order.
What we sell, and how it is made. The prints are archival reproductions of Frantisek Strouhal's original oil prints, made to order by our print partner after you buy, and framed to order where a frame is chosen. Nothing is taken off a shelf. Production usually takes one to two business days and delivery three to seven business days after that. The shipping policy has the detail. The books are stocked and ship as they are.

Returns and refunds. Set out in our return and refund policy, which forms part of these terms. In short, prints are made for you and cannot be returned for a change of mind, and anything that arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong is replaced or refunded when you write to us within 30 days with a photo.
The artwork itself. Every artwork on this site is by Frantisek Strouhal and remains his. Buying a print buys the print. It does not transfer copyright, and it does not carry the right to reproduce, resell as a reproduction, or use the image commercially.
Where the money goes. Sales of prints and books fund the society's work, the free gatherings, the writings, and the small framed pictures given quietly to strangers.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the laws of Canada that apply there.
