Music in the seniors' homes
Since 2025, GSUW has been sending musicians and singers into seniors' residences to share something simple and deeply human: live music.
So far, the program has been made possible largely through the founders' own pockets. The musicians give their time and talent, and the founders find a way to make the visits happen. We would love to see this music keep reaching more seniors, and with a little help from those who believe in what music can bring, perhaps reach many more.
A little music can go a long way
Sometimes a song is all it takes to brighten an afternoon, bring back a memory, or simply make someone feel less alone.
GSUW is looking for musicians and singers who would like to share their music in seniors' residences. These are simple, intimate visits: a chance to play, sing, connect, and bring a little life and warmth into the room.

Would you like to be part of it?
Tell us a little about yourself: who you are, what you play or sing, how many of you there are, and, if you have one, a link or short clip of your music. Perhaps you are:
- A choir
- A band, or a singer
- Someone who would like to share a poem or a few spoken minutes
- A musician who would enjoy playing in a seniors' residence
