Shipping policy

Where we ship. Worldwide. The countries we can reach are listed at checkout. If yours is not among them, write to info@gsuw.org and we will find out what is possible.

Prints. Prints are made and shipped by our print partner, which prints regionally rather than shipping everything from one country. An order in Britain, Europe or Australia is usually made near you. Production usually takes one to two business days, and occasionally up to four or five. Delivery usually takes three to seven business days after the print ships. When it ships you receive an email with a tracking link. Prints and books ordered together may arrive separately, because they leave from different places.

Books. Books ship from the Slocan Valley via Canada Post, to Canada and the United States.

Shipping cost. Calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. It varies a good deal with the destination and the size of the print, so the checkout is the only accurate figure.

Duties and taxes outside Canada. For orders shipped outside Canada, any import duties, taxes or customs charges are set by your country and paid by you on delivery. They are not included in the checkout total.

Delays. Carriers, public holidays and customs can add days. If your tracking has not moved for a week, write to info@gsuw.org and we chase it.

Lost parcels. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we replace it at no cost to you.

Wrong address. Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will reship it and ask you to cover the second postage.

Local pickup and hand delivery. If you live in the Slocan Valley, write to us before you order and we can arrange pickup or hand delivery instead of postage.
