A Spiritual Journey –
Trusting the Universe’s Support
As soon as we embark on our spiritual journey, the Universe is completely on our side. There’s no doubt about it, whatever psychological encounters of the opposite we might have. No matter what we think about or feel, it all works together for our good when we are on the spiritual journey. We must believe this. And when we believe it, we save ourselves a great deal of disappointment, hopelessness, and self-doubt. To learn to come to terms with one’s human suffering is to acknowledge our shadow side, understand it, and have sympathy for it.
Understanding the Roots of Our Anguish
And that’s the truth, because almost all our anguish is ingrained in the damage that was inflicted on us, consciously and usually unintentionally, by adults in our childhood, and in the ways we handled unbearable circumstances when we didn’t have any ability to grasp what was really occurring to us.
Clearing the Three Energy Centres
All that absurdity has to be repaired, and the reason is surprisingly straightforward but deep. Unless our heart is free and clean from the residues of our attachments, our soul cannot be infused by the loving energy of the Universe, since we most likely would misuse it for ourselves, as long as the three existential energy centres (security/safety, affection/self-esteem, and power/control) are still functioning in us.
Emotional Purification on the Path
Universal purification includes emotions. We first discover that our emotional programs are damaged, and that our emotions are restricted by these programs. They don’t portray life as it is but are filtered through the false-self system at first.
Healing Wounds with Universal Love
To heal our emotional wounds and emotional judgments such as nobody loves me or I am not desirable, we sometimes need to feel love and peace from the Universe. All that must be healed and we must be convinced about it on the emotional level first. And then we can move through the world with the peacefulness of the great rivers.

Immersed in this new love,
Awaken.
Become like an eagle
Released from its cage.
Unfold your wings
And fly away.
Float in the colourful air,
Effortlessly still.
The silent sun is rising now.
