We would like to reflect on the concept of nurturing the inner flame to cultivate profound resilience. We use the term "fire" as a symbol for moments in life where we experience a deep sense of togetherness. These instances possess a timeless quality that lingers indefinitely. They are like shining example of communal unity that leave a lasting impact on us.
In our daily lives, we often notice things in passing as we goabout our routines. However, there are moments that compel us to pause and truly observe, like when we stop to admire a flower. Despite having seen many flowers before and knowing we will see many more, there is a unique instance where we are drawn to reflect and be fully present with the flower. This moment of contemplation leads us to a subtle journey inward, exploring a deeper aspect of our own existence.
In this deep sense of unity with the flower, we feel as though we are descending together into a vast, mysterious depth that is overflowing and revealing itself to us inexplicably in this unique moment of connection with the flower. We perceive the boundless generosity of the divine, emanating and sharing the boundlessness of divinity in this enigmatic moment. We are becoming aware of the sacredness within the flower, ourselves, and our interconnectedness with the Universe. It is this sacred experience that we are compelled to cherish.
We can draw a similar conclusion regarding each fundamental aspect of our existence: closeness with a partner, moments of prayer, the peaceful solitude of dusk, or the wakefulness in the darkness of night. Occasionally, a divine essence manifests itself in a subtle yet profound radiance imbued with depth and closeness.
In the midst of these intense moments, subtle shifts occur that often go unnoticed if we're not attentive. These fleeting instances hold the potential to alter our perspectives, even if ever so slightly. It's easy to get caught up in the routine of daily life, attending meetings, and distracting ourselves with various activities. The impact of these moments may not always be immediately apparent, but they have the power to shape our future actions and decisions. It's essential to remain present and observant to fully grasp the significance of these subtle changes.
When we embrace a contemplative mindset, we gradually perceive our daily lives through the lens of these moments of awakening. These instances give out a sense of radiance, fulfilment, and belonging. They reveal to us that amidst the hustle and bustle of daily responsibilities, we are merely scratching the surface of our own existence, experiencing a lack of profound depth. It is unfortunate that the inexplicable unity with the divine is hidden within the depths we fail to explore.
The breath of nature
When we allow ourselves to quiet down, we inhale and exhale in harmony with all nature and gather energy from the Source. If we can quiet down to the breath of nature, the truth of our being, like a gentle shower, will soak through the leaves and moisten the earth, and our spirit will blossom.
In the movement in which our thoughts quiet down to the rhythm of our heart, we feel a surprising synchronicity with nature and perceive the blessing in the ordinary.
This slowing down of our affective system is the most significant happening on the journey of uncovering ourselves. As we become freer of emotional swings, we are able to perceive our feelings, and they upset us less. This release from inner turmoil is immeasurable.
In quieting ourselves to nature’s breath, we are uniting with the invisible stream of energy in which life is constantly renewed and reborn.

Moments of Awakening.
This title, for me, resonates literally with personal experience.

In one ' very special day waking-up experience', in 2015, I laid my head back against a pillow in Barnstaple, Devon, England and watched an old-style 'Super 8 Movie ' being projected on to the undersides of my eyelids. Through a clairaudient English nephew, I'd received advice, the previous evening, from folk who later…
