Cultivating a sense of profound peace

Cultivating a sense of profound peace

Finding and nurturing an inner space through contemplation is essential for cultivating a sense of profound peace. This strong peace is as hard as a diamond. Even in the midst of persistent traffic, city life, and the constant influx of news, we have the potential to achieve inner peace and strength through contemplation.

The highest representation of intellectual and spiritual life is contemplation. It is that life itself, completely conscious, completely engaged, and totally aware that it is alive. It is a spiritual phenomenon. It’s an immediate sense of wonder at the sacredness of being. It is an appreciation for life, awareness, and existence. It’s a clear understanding that our life come from an invisible, transcendent, and boundless Source. Above all, Contemplation is the awareness of the Source. The Source is known in a mysterious and inexplicable way, with a certainty that surpasses both reason and faith.

Contemplation is the profound response to a silent call emanating from the essence of all existence. It is a harmonious resonance within our innermost being, where our individual voice fades into a symphony echoing the grandeur and compassion of the Divine. We, as manifestations of the Divine, are destined to mirror, embody, and signify His presence. Contemplation serves as this reverberation, a sacred space where our essence merges with the eternal essence. In this sacred resonance, we find our true purpose and connection to the Hidden and Living One.

The purest form of joy on earth lies in escaping the limitation of our false selves and entering into a loving connection with the Source that resides within every being, including our own souls. This love grants us the ability to experience joy in all things. As we navigate through the world, every encounter serves to elevate our spirits and deepen our connection to the spiritual realm. Each moment becomes an opportunity for contemplation and a glimpse of heavenly grace.

Instead of isolating ourselves from the world, whether individually or as groups or nations, we are urged to fully engage with our surroundings. Developing the skill to differentiate between light and shadow, using our strengths and seeking support as required. Our contemplative practices become a means to embrace life more vibrantly and contribute actively to the greater good.

Listening

Listening is an internal disposition,

and only in that state of mind

can we truly contemplate.

Through such deliberation

we may find our own genius,

confront our demons,

or simply revel in sweet nostalgia.

Cultivating a Sense of Profound Peace.

I thank Frantisek & Chantal for teaching me Why & How to Listen -- in silent, peaceful, contemplation.

As in many other subjects, I'm fairly 'Good' at grasping Theory, but really 'Bad' at putting it into Practice.
